Youth Fitness

Our youth fitness program is designed to teach your kids proper movement and show them the benefits of exercise in a fun way so that they build a healthy foundation.

 Programming will be focused on the following:

  • Proper movement mechanics¬†
  • Core Stability
  • Strength
  • Agility + Coordination¬†
  • Cardio respiratory/heart health
  • Boxing (AMAZING for confidence, especially for kids)
  • Animal Patterns
  • Fun and Game play
