Group Personal Training Classes

Rapid Results with NO Running OR Jumping. Our workouts are efficiently designed for you to maximize your time spent so you can get the best possible results in the shortest amount of time…pain FREE!

We’re not your typical “bootcamp” or “fitness class”…our classes are really more “group personal training” than anything else, where we design a month long program, loaded with different types of workouts utilizing innovative techniques where there is plenty of room for personalization to hit your specific needs.


PERIODIZED MONTHLY PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR MAXIMUM RESULTS

We program our workout routines over a three week phase. There is nothing random about the movements you do here! Everything has a place and purpose designed for your best interest.

5 MINUTE DEMO

We make sure you understand what to do and know how to modify your workout, regress and progress! But don’t worry – our coaches are running around watching your form.

4-5 MINUTE WARM UP

We improve your tissue quality, joint mobility, activate your core and get your body for the workout everyday.

HIGH INTENSITY – LOW IMPACT WORKOUT

We use two different formats; zone and circuit. The group personal training fitness classes include everything from ropes to kettlebells to bands to boxing fitness to bikes and more! And every class you build & strengthen your core.

FINISHER

We cap off our workouts with a cherry on top to put your body in the optimal state of recovery post workout so you can burn calories at rest, whether at work or on one of our beautiful Jupiter/Tequesta Beaches.

COOL DOWN

We take you through an efficient stretch and recovery breaths to cap it all off



OUR PROMISE

We teach you how to loosen up your muscle tissue and improve your joint mobility to help compensate for all the sitting that we do these days.
