Amy began as a founding member of IN30FIT.  She then completed her certification as a Group Personal Training Specialist with NASM, and is working towards becoming a nutrition coach next!  Amy has been an educator for over 20 years, so stepping into the role of owner + coach has allowed her to combine her two passions: education and fitness.

She believes in always being a work in progress. Her motto is “It’s okay to be where you are… it’s not okay to stay there. Growth is never an option.”  

She is excited to work with members and prospects to set goals and support them in their journey, as well as building the overall programming.

A life-long passion for weightlifting and all things fitness.
He is a fighter and survivor who knows how to defy limits. He’s overcome cardiac arrest and other heart failure issues, coming back stronger and more resolved to support others in their fitness journey.
His personal motto is “No days off!”
Rich is excited to bring his expertise in Strength Training to our Monthly Large and Small group programming, and build our student and youth programs over the next several months.

Coach | Melissa Yakup
Melissa is a fitness professional who has more than 15 years of experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Group Fitness Director, and Club Operations Manager. In the past 15 years, she has lead and innovated over a thousand classes in multiple formats and certifications, including HIIT, Boot Camp, Cycling, Sculpt, Kickboxing, Body Pump, and more. As a Group Fitness Director and Manager, she was in charge of class programming and scheduling of over 50 group fitness instructors. She also created club events, maintained office administration, and appeared in club commercials, social media, and advertising. Over the years, she worked with many clients helping them achieve their health and fitness goals, and maintains relationships with them to this day.
Melissa lives in Jupiter with her husband, Joe, two daughters, Sara and Anna, and their dog, Willie.
Jennifer Brindise

Jen earned her RYT 200-hour certification from Breathe Salt & Yoga in Jupiter, Fla. She loves to teach classes that immerse a practice in the beauty of nature and power classes that nurture strength, flexibility, and the mind. She often includes breathwork at the beginning of her class as she finds it clarifying and grounding, setting the path for breath to be connected to the postures. From the book, ‘One Simple Thing – A New Look at the Science of Yoga and How it Can Transform Your Life,’ she connects with the quote attributed to Pattabhi Jois, “When the mind is quiet, the asana is correct.” (pg. 62). Jen likes to bring positive energy and warmth to her classes.
