Amy began as a founding member of IN30FIT.  She then completed her certification as a Group Personal Training Specialist with NASM, and is working towards becoming a nutrition coach next!  Amy has been an educator for over 20 years, so stepping into the role of owner + coach has allowed her to combine her two passions: education and fitness.

She believes in always being a work in progress. Her motto is “It’s okay to be where you are… it’s not okay to stay there. Growth is never an option.”  

She is excited to work with members and prospects to set goals and support them in their journey, as well as building the overall programming.

A life-long passion for weightlifting and all things fitness.
He is a fighter and survivor who knows how to defy limits. He’s overcome cardiac arrest and other heart failure issues, coming back stronger and more resolved to support others in their fitness journey.
His personal motto is “No days off!”
Rich is excited to bring his expertise in Strength Training to our Monthly Large and Small group programming, and build our student and youth programs over the next several months.
