Our Boxing Fitness is part of our workout on two days of our program! You get to look forward to Non Contact – FUN Boxing as part of our Group Personal Training Workout! You’ll burn a ton of calories as you get cardio, relieve stress, tone your abs, arms, shoulders and MORE!
